Call or Text (865) 806-4619Farragut is the west Knox County town named for Admiral David Farragut, known for its larger established lawns and neighborhoods where landscaping standards are part of what makes the community appealing. It is a place where a well-kept yard is expected, not optional.
When a neighborhood holds its properties to a standard, the irrigation behind that landscaping has to be reliable — a system that covers evenly, runs when it should, and does not leave dry streaks or soggy patches that drag down the whole look of the lot.
Larger lawns and neighborhoods with landscaping standards
Chris works with Farragut homeowners to keep larger established lawns watered evenly and dependably — repairing systems that have developed weak spots, adjusting coverage so the whole lawn greens up, and installing new systems where the layout is planned for the size and shape of the lot. The goal is a system that quietly meets the standard the neighborhood expects without the owner having to babysit it.

Irrigation Maintenance
Seasonal care so a reliable system keeps meeting neighborhood standards year after year.
Many Farragut yards sit on heavy East Tennessee clay that sheds water, and every system here faces hard freezes that can crack pipes and backflow devices left full of water. Chris designs around both — watering clay in shorter cycles so it soaks in, and clearing lines with compressed air before winter. See the irrigation design and winterization pages for how that works.
