1. Services & Scope
A Drip Sprinklers provides residential and light commercial irrigation services, including lawn sprinkler design, installation, repairs, spring start-ups, fall winterization blowouts, and controller maintenance in East Tennessee. All quotes and recommendations are provided based on visual inspection, available water source pressure, and property layout.
2. Property Access & Utilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear, safe access to the water supply, backflow preventer, in-ground valve boxes, and controller locations. Clients should inform A Drip Sprinklers of any known private underground lines (e.g. low-voltage landscape lighting, pet fences, private propane lines) prior to excavation or trenching. Public utility locates will be coordinated where required by law.
3. SMS & Mobile Messaging
By checking the SMS consent box on our contact or quote forms, you consent to receive text messages from A Drip Sprinklers regarding service inquiries, quotes, and scheduling updates. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out.
4. Payment & Cancellation
Payment is due upon completion of services rendered unless prior arrangements have been made in writing. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service appointment, please give at least 24 hours notice by calling or texting (865) 806-4619.
